Our vision is to become a leading company in the field of engineering evaluation and project feasibility studies, headquartered in Dubai (UAE) and with other offices around the world.

Our mission is to develop the practice of engineering evaluation by providing our clients with high-quality reports on existing buildings and sites based on international standards (ASTM). We use a multi-criteria methodology to produce BCA – PCA – FCA reports and also provide professional feasibility studies to help our clients make informed decisions about their future investments.
